You don't share one login — each person gets their own account and joins a shared hive. Admins manage members and roles, and visibility settings decide what's shared. Some things, like private journal entries and sensitive records, stay private by design, even from admins.

Chores can rotate automatically between members, so the same task never lands on one person week after week. Everyone sees who's up next, completions are logged, and the record rolls into a friendly leaderboard — so effort is visible and shared instead of assumed.

Yes. You can limit lists and records to chosen members, so kids never see the gift list, the budget, or private notes. Journal entries are yours alone, and sensitive emergency records are filtered on our servers so people only ever receive what they're allowed to see.

Emergency records sit behind a break-glass flow: opening someone else's record requires a reason, is written to a permanent log, notifies the owner, and expires after a short window. Sensitive data is filtered server-side, so it's ready in a crisis without being exposed day to day.

Yes. Thrivin Hive is built for iPhone and Android, with a web app too, and your hive stays in sync across all of them. Everyone in the household can use whichever device they have, and an update from one person shows up for everyone.
